FAQs - Shipping and Return Policies:

This store is currently being run by one individual. As such, shipping times depend on the type of item that is purchased. Please read the information thoroughly below to determine the overall shipping times for your order!

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 7-14 business days for t-shirts, notebooks, and totes to arrive.

Please allow 5-8 business days for prints and stickers to arrive.

If you have not received your order(s) in the allotted time frame above, please reach out via the contact page or email directly at shop@chunchun.studio and include your order number in the subject line!

Will my items arrive together?

Please note you may receive your items at slightly different times, but no longer than 14 days.

Does my order come with tracking?

Yes, as of this time, all items will contain tracking.

Untracked shipping is only available for Art Prints and Stickers.

Is there worldwide shipping available?

No. At this time, all items are currently available for purchase to customers in United States only.

I'm having issues with my order. What do I do next?

Please reach out via the contact page or email directly at shop@chunchun.studio. Include your order number in the subject line, and thoroughly explain the issues with your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Thank you!

Returns

Do you accept returns?

All Sales Are Final.

Returns are not accepted. However, if you have any major issues with your order, such as:

1. Order arriving damaged

2. Incorrect order received

3. Order got lost in the mail

please reach out via the contact page or directly at shop@chunchun.studio with your order number in the subject line as well as any photos of evidence within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Allow 24 hours for a response, and we can begin the refunding process.
